The next step in our production process was to complete a pitching process which would allow us to see whether our project would be commissioned to continue or not. I attended this pitching session, but mainly took a back seat to allow the director (Hannah) and producer (Paul) to bring across the project as well as we could in our 5-minute timed session.
Here is an image of the written feedback we were given. We were happy that they saw potential in the project, and gave us good questions to answer for our main pitch for next week. It showed us how to focus our pitch further and show the purpose of the film in much more detail rather than describe a range of different features we were thinking of exploring at the time.
This feedback session definitely will help us shape our next pitch as well as our film, it made us question what we wanted to be focus, the end result and how we would go about presenting that within our work.
